The Yoga Studio is located in the West End Center at 755 Hwy. 105. It is about 3/4 mile west of the Monument Safeway.

Both locations can be accessed from exit #161, off of I-25, about 10 minutes north of Colorado Springs.   Click for maps

What to bring:

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing, and dress in layers.  Bring a water bottle with you if you like.

Please bring a yoga mat and whatever props you have. There are some available for use if you don't have your own.

Out of consideration for those who are sensitive, please do not wear scented products into class.

Classes

Improve your strength, flexibility and  balance while learning optimal alignment for your body. You will also learn to focus your mind and be in the moment, for more peace in your daily life.  The poses are modified as needed so that everyone practices at the appropriate level. Suitable for active beginning and continuing students.

Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30 am             Woodmoor Barn

Class will not be held on Tuesday, Dec. 25.  May all of your December holidays be filled with joy and light!
On Tuesday, Jan. 1, my usual class will not be held. However, there will be a special yoga practice of 108 Sun Salutations that afternoon in the Monument area. A variety of styles will be integrated into the practice, including some slow and gentle variations. The practice will be led by several instructors (including me!), and participants can do as much as they wish. More details will be posted as they become firmed up. What a fun way to start 2019 with good intentions!
